Bi Pride UK or the “Website Owner” (also referred to as “we” or “us” or “our”) provides the information contained on this website or any of the pages comprising the website to visitors (cumulatively referred to as “you” or “your” hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this website.

General
All prices on the website are given in UK Pounds Sterling, unless otherwise changed by the visitor, and all payments must be made in UK Pounds Sterling.
The goods are as described within the relevant entry on the website.
All agreements to your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted and offered an alternative or a full refund. If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be issued.
Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the below Payment Information section. The total amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us.

Payment can be made using only the methods above, and payment for your full order offer will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.
All Payments are Secure, and are handled by Paypal.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are not a full guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays. We will do our best to work to a 3-5 day turnaround time to get orders ready for shipping out to you.

Our Returns Policy
We are committed to delivering goods which meet our quality standards. Specifically, goods which conform in all material respects with the description provided on the website, and which are free from material defects and fit for purpose. If our goods do not meet these standards, you must notify us within a reasonable time of receipt of the goods and discovery of the defect.
If we agree that the items you have purchased do not meet our quality standards, we will either replace the goods or provide you with a refund of the price you paid for the goods.
Please note that we will not be able to replace or refund the goods if you have made further use of them after discovering that they did not meet our quality standards or if defects have arisen as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence or abnormal storage of the goods.
Discount Codes
Any discount codes issued by Bi Pride UK unless specifically stated only apply to full price products. Any welcome discounts including that of your first order only applies to your first full price order. No two discount codes can be used in one transaction.

Whilst every effort is made to continually update the information contained on this website, neither we nor any third party or data or content provider make any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, opinions, research information, data and/or content contained on the website (including but not limited to any information which may be provided by any third party or data or content providers) and shall not be bound in any manner by any information contained on the website.
